Reservations

• All rooms subject to availability.

• A booking is confirmed only after full payment or a valid card / M-PESA guarantee.

• You will receive a written confirmation (email/SMS) – this is your contract.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 12:00 noon (East Africa Time)

• Check-out: by 10:30 AM

• Early check-in (before 9:00 AM) or late check-out (after 10:30 AM) is subject to availability and fees apply (half-day or full-night charge).

Payment

• We accept: M-PESA, debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), cash (KES), and bank transfers.

• Full payment is due at check-in for walk‑in guests.

• For online bookings, the card or M-PESA used must belong to the guest checking in, unless written authorisation is provided for third‑party payments.

Cancellation & Refund (Standard Rates)

• Refunds processed within 5–10 business days to original payment method.

• Non‑refundable promotional rates cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Early Departure

If you check out before your scheduled departure date, you will receive a refund for unused nights minus a one‑night fee. No refund for non‑refundable rates.

Age Requirement

• You must be 18+ to book and check in alone.

• Minors must be accompanied by an adult (parent/guardian).

Damages & Conduct

• You are responsible for any damage to your room or hotel property.

• No smoking inside rooms – KES 5,000 cleaning fee.

• No excessive noise (especially 10 PM – 7 AM), illegal activity, or disruptive behaviour. Violation may lead to eviction without refund.

Guests & Visitors

• Only registered guests may stay overnight.

• Day visitors must register at reception, show ID, and leave by 10:00 PM. Extra guest fee applies (KES 1,000 per visitor/day).

Lost Property

• Found items are kept for 6 weeks, then donated or discarded.

• Use the free safety deposit box at reception for valuables. Hotel not liable for items left in public areas.

Force Majeure

• If natural disasters, pandemics, government bans, or unrest prevent your stay, you get a full refund or free reschedule within 12 months.

Privacy & Data

• We collect guest ID, contact, and payment details as required by Kenyan law.

• Your data is kept for 5 years (legal requirement) and not shared except as required by law.

Disputes

• Complaints first to Hotel Manager. If unresolved, we use mediation through the Tourism Regulatory Authority (Kenya).
